Celebrate the Full Moon with beach yoga on Delray Beach! Let's just breathe, let go and re-energize with the power of the Full Moon!
Listen to the sounds of the ocean, smell the salt air, feel the breeze. After Savasana, open your eyes to watch a Full Moon rise over the ocean.
Come and join Terri in the sand! Atlantic Avenue and AIA. Walk through the gazebo, down to the beach and look to the left. We'll be just north of the beach access.
Bring your yoga mat or towel and join fellow yogis for an evening of Vinyasa yoga on the beach!
All levels welcome. Donation based class.
